Hey there, I’m Arien, the stylist behind The Afterglow Curl Studio, and I specialize in wavy, curly, and coily textures. Whether you want to learn how to care for your hair, add dimension and color, or explore extensions that match your texture, I’m here to help your curls thrive while we work toward your hair goals.
I’m Mizani Aircut trained and always continuing my education so I can bring fresh techniques and thoughtful care to your appointment. My chair is a relaxed space where we can talk honestly about your hair, your routine, and what works for you.

Can I book if I’m still figuring out my curls or which haircut suits me?
Absolutely! You don’t need to know your curl type or have a haircut picked out. Let’s talk about your goals, what you’ve tried so far, and what has or hasn’t worked. We’ll find a shape and routine that make sense for your hair and your life.
How should I prepare my hair for my appointment?
Come with clean, dry hair on day one or two of your usual style. Wear it down so I can see your natural texture, how it falls, and what we’re working with.
Do you offer curly extensions?
Yes! Book a consultation so we can match your texture, talk through your goals, and discuss which extension methods would work best for you.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule without a fee at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows may require prepayment or loss of online-booking privileges.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled depending on the time remaining. A late cancellation fee may apply if the appointment can no longer be accommodated.
A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. By booking, you agree to these policies.
